Zahrah Sheikh is a British Pakistani poet from Ilford and Barbican Young Poet Alumni. She is a member of the women of colour poetry collective OCTAVIA, founded by Rachel Young and supported by the Southbank Centre.
​
Sheikh's work has been displayed in St Paul's Cathedral and she has performed at at Heaux Noire, Boxed In and Rap Party.
​
She has worked with institutions like the Horniman Museum, the Barbican and Headway East London to deliver workshops and create exhibitions.
